  • How long does processing take?
    Packages leave our shop within a couple of days. From start to finish your order is processed, filled, and shipped by hand. This ensures quality and freshness. All products are hand poured and filled to order, rather than pre-packaged. We love adding a personal touch to ensure every package meets your satisfaction.
  • How come you don't offer free shipping?
    Our shipping rates are based on pricing. We have maintained the lowest possible price for our products. Rather than subsidizing the cost of the shipping within our product pricing and offering free or reduced shipping rates, we are opting for a more transparent pricing system.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, Tea Courage is only processing and shipping orders with billing and final destination shipping addresses located within the United States.
  • Are all of your products organic?
    We strive to sell organic products whenever possible. If a product is not organic, it is cultivated without chemicals, or wild harvested.
  • Can I return a product? What if I receive the wrong item or my order was damaged?
    We do not accept returns on food products. Tea is a food product. We suggest ordering samples. However, if you receive the wrong item or your package is damaged, please email us at basix4us@gmail.com. We will expedite changes to rectify the situation.
  • There was an error message when I tried to check out, what now?"
    If you are experiencing an issue while entering your payment information, the billing address you enter must match the address associated with the card which is being used. This is a feature of the AVS verification system that Tea Courage and many online companies use. Please contact your bank to ensure your billing address is correct or if there are any other issues that may cause the payment to be rejected.
  • Where is my tracking information?
    Most orders take 3-5 business days to leave our shop after being hand blended, poured, scooped, and packaged with a smile. We will automatically send you an email with your tracking details and an estimated arrival date.
